Group Classes
In group classes we focus on the fun, fitness, and teamwork aspects of hula hooping.
We provide hula hoop classes to all ages and in a varitey of settings. We also offer opportunities to particiapte in community events throughout Southern California. Take a look at each catergory to see which way(s) we can support you on your hoop jouney!

Hoop Classes
One on One Classes
We offer hula hoop lessons to all ages and in a variety of settings.. From one on one classes, private group classes, and public classes. Prices vary depening on length of class and choosen location.
Community Outreach
Bringing the joy of hula hooping to those who may have the opportunity to do it every day is one of our main priorities. We are always open to hear from followers who may have an upcoming community event that benefits local charities and programs.
